Carries out foreign currency buying and selling transactions / Döviz alım satım işlemlerini gerçekleştirir.
The TransactionType field for the sales transaction must be the amount of currency to be sold in the Exchange, Amount field, and TL in the ConvertedAmount field. The TransactionType field for the purchase transaction must be the amount of the currency to be traded in the ConvertedAmount field, and TL in the Amount field.
